After disbanding some years back Parchman Farm are back on the road again playing their distinctive Chicago/Texas style of blues and are now available for bookings .The band played festivals and clubs in Britain, Norway, Finland, Holland and Scotland along with playing the top blues festivals at home.
They also opened for Robben Ford, Joe Louis Walker, and were backing band for Eugene Hideaway Bridges and Johnny Mars at the Dublin Guinness Blues festival on several occassions, other artists they have supported include Jimmy Rogers, Phil Guy, Otis Grand, Little Charlie and The Nightcats , John hammond , Louisianna Red, to name a few .
The Band released two cds “ Nothing But The Blues “ and “ Last night Live “ with Nothing But the Blues gaining favourable reviews in the blues magazines in Britain and Europe, at present the band are working on new original material and hope to release a cd later on in the year.
