Fintan McHugh was born in Dublin into a musical household. Son of Northern Irish uilleann piper Joe McHugh he has inherited a love and passion for Irish songs and music. His mother Lizzie plays the violin and viola.
In the spirit of the traveling troubadour Fintan writes and sings songs and accompanies himself on the guitar, the Irish-cittern and harmonica.
