Wicklow Wolf x Yellow Belly
The Wolf of Malt Street [Black Forest Stout 6.2%]
Lashings of cream, chocolate and cherry flavours dominate this beer with additions of Lactose and Cherry. The Chocolate flavours are malt derived, with a late mash addition providing the flavour with out any astringency or roast. This beer while sounding complex is ridiculously easy to drink and belies its relatively high strength.
Elements [Dry Hopped Sour 4%]
Elements is a light refreshing kettle Sour. Expect super tropical flavours with Mosiac hops as the dry hop and fermented with Sacch Trois yeast balanced with light acidity.
